Vanport Media provides professional editing, proofreading and consulting for writers and clients who desire clear, concise and engaging written communication. All types of manuscripts and documents can be aided, including business, literary, non-fiction, academic, journalistic and Web writing. Confidentiality is guaranteed — we will treat both you and your work with respect and professionalism.

Vanport Media also offers a writing service that can tackle everything from business correspondence and press releases to freelance journalism assignments and projects. Newspaper and magazine editors are encouraged to call or e-mail to discuss specific assignments.

New clients may receive a one- to two-page light edit and proof of a manuscript for free. While students receive a 20 percent discount on all services, Vanport Media cannot accept theses or major project/final papers in the liberal arts or social sciences for copyediting, only for proofreading or evaluation.
